Europe House Kosovo: Strategic communication, centre management, and digital engagement by Koperativa
Koperativa played a key role in managing and promoting the Europe House Kosovo: EU Information and Cultural Centres in Prishtina and North Mitrovica—an essential public outreach platform of the European Union in Kosovo. These centres serve as a vital bridge between the EU and the people of Kosovo, offering citizens accurate, engaging, and timely information about the European Union, its values, and its support in Kosovo.
Under this contract, Koperativa led the day-to-day operations of both centres, conceptualised and implemented monthly thematic events, and managed a dynamic calendar of activities tailored to local interests in both Pristina and Mitrovica North. A flagship element of our work was the design and execution of Europe Day 2017, where we developed the full event concept and created the visual identity for all promotional materials used across Kosovo. This ensured consistent, impactful messaging throughout the celebrations.
To further enhance outreach, Koperativa developed a comprehensive social media strategy to grow the EU’s digital presence in Kosovo and increase engagement with Europe House events and content. Our team also managed the design, editing, and production of several high-impact publications, including:

✓ Translation and editing of key EU materials to ensure accessibility for Kosovar audiences
Recognizing the importance of digital platforms, Koperativa completely redesigned the Europe House Kosovo website, making it more modern, user-friendly, and content-rich. We also introduced a guest blogging program, featuring monthly contributors whose articles aligned with the centres’ thematic focus, enhancing engagement and readership. Through a blend of strategic communication, creative storytelling, and digital innovation, Koperativa helped Europe House Kosovo become a trusted and vibrant space for EU–Kosovo dialogue.
