Digital activation campaign – Boosting engagement for Raiffeisen Bank Mobile apps

Koperativa designed and executed the Digital Activation campaign to increase the usage frequency of Raiffeisen Bank’s mobile services. Through a variety of communication assets, including newsletter designs, internet banners, social media posts, and Viber designs, we effectively promoted the ease and convenience of completing digital transactions.
The campaign also served as an educational tool, guiding clients through the benefits and processes of conducting financial transactions digitally, thereby helping them make the most of Raiffeisen Bank's mobile app features. Our approach encouraged greater engagement, highlighting digital banking as a secure and user-friendly solution.
